America is facing a shortage of college graduates?

Although I agree with Bill Gates and Cheryl about “creating a less confusing course selection process for college students”, I disagree about the shortage of college grads because America is LITERALLY having a shortage of jobs! Many college graduates are either unemployed or underemployed due to the harsh job market. They are either working in the retail or food sector just to make ends meet and lets face it, working a minimum wage job does not help in paying back your student loans! Another thing to consider is the rising cost of tuition, which has become a big money making business for colleges all over the U.S. College tuition has become so high that some people would rather drop out and get the work experience versus a college education. I guess college is not what it used to be in today’s society…..:/

What do you guys think? Are we facing a shortage of college grads or jobs in today’s economy?  Sound off on the comment section below!
